Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A: Our minimum order is $25 US Dollar.

Q: What Payment Methods do you accept?
A: We can process your order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay-Pal. We will also accept Money Order and Cashiers Check.

Q: Are your items Guaranteed?
A: Yes, we want you to be happy. If there is damaged or non working items,
we will replace any merchandise or give you your money back. If you are not happy with what you have received,
just return it within 15 days for a full merchandise refund. No questions asked.


Q: How can you afford to sell your figurines at these prices?
A: As we are the manufacturer, we are able to give you quality products at reasonable prices. We never trade low price with quality.
We only sell high quality figurine. Combining our high quality and low prices, you receive the best value when buying from us.


Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A: Great Figurine is required to pay sales tax on orders shipped to Califonia, regardless of where the purchase originates.
At this time, all other orders do not incur sales tax.
